SACRAO Update

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

The website for the conference is now up and running; go to www.sacrao.org and click on the pineapple. Check back frequently for updates (hotel reservations and conference registration information will be available in late October).

We are actively seeking Virginia volunteers to help on the Local Arrangements Committee. If you’re willing to help with hospitality, registration, physical arrangements, the 5K run, or any other local logistics, NOW is the time to let us know! Please email Sallie Marchello (slmarc@wm.edu) with your name, position, full contact information, and area of interest, and she will make sure you are placed on a committee.

Finally, SACRAO is currently seeking nominations for its Executive Committee, and the chair of N&E asks that each state association encourage its membership to make a nomination. Positions available for next year are:

• President-Elect
• Vice President for Admissions & Enrollment Management
• Vice President for Information Technology
• Vice President for States/Regionals and Membership
• Secretary
• Member-at-Large (two nominations)
• Nominations and Elections Committee (eight nominations)
