Transfer Admissions Counselor
Lynchburg College seeks a Transfer Admissions Counselor to join a successful enrollment team. The selected candidate will be responsible for recruiting transfer and adult students and the full implementation of the Transfer Recruitment Plan (which includes, for example, direct mail and email communications, organization of on-and-off campus events, building relationships with community colleges and data management). The candidate must be goal oriented, have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. They ability to work independently within a team environment and with colleagues campus-side is highly valued. Travel both in-state and out-of-state and some weekend assignments is required. All successful candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license. Candidate must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.
